Kyrie Irving’s life off the court: Happy with wife Marlene Wilkerson and two princess

LeBron James recently finalized the purchase of his third Los Angeles residence, a sprawling 13,000-square-foot estate in Beverly Hills. He secured the property for $36.75 million, slightly under the original asking price of $39 million.

The mansion boasts a rich history, dating back to construction in the 1930s. Previously, it belonged to the late Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of the iconic soap operas “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless.” Beyond Bell, the estate has housed other Hollywood legends. Actor Charles Boyer once owned the property, and it was even leased to the legendary Katharine Hepburn during her relationship with Howard Hughes, another former owner.
