In a disturbing incident at an elementary school in Michigan, a grandmother is accused of aiding her granddaughter in assaulting another student, officials reported. The incident unfolded at McMonagle Elementary School in Mt. Morris Township, where the grandmother and her granddaughter were initially present for a behavioral meeting, as stated by WNEM.
The altercation began when the grandmother noticed another student with whom her granddaughter had ongoing conflicts. Allegedly, the grandmother and her granddaughter followed the other girl into the bathroom. There, it is reported that the grandmother held the girl down while her granddaughter physically assaulted her by punching her.

Bransford elaborated, “On Thursday, April 18, an unfortunate incident transpired at McMonagle Elementary School involving a grandparent of a student who managed to circumvent security protocols and gain unauthorized access to the school premises.” He assured the public that the Mt. Morris Township Police Department was promptly involved in investigating the incident. Bransford also emphasized the safety of other students, noting, “It is crucial to emphasize that no other children in the school were involved or harmed during this incident.”
