SHE openly confessed to going under the knife prior to welcoming her first child, but fans are now convinced that Kylie Jenner has had surgery again.

The beauty mogul and reality TV star recently revealed on The Kardashians that she regretted having a boob job at 19.

But a recent snap of the star has set the rumour mill swirling.

The pic of the mum-of-two looking incredible in a strappy, orange bikini has left fans convinced she has had another breast op.

Eagle-eyed social media users flocked to the comments under the photo, which she shared with her 398million Instagram followers.

One claimed: “She definitely got them redone”, while another agreed: “Looks bigger again.”

Haters were also quick to judge, writing: “She looks so unnatural” and “There’s something about her appearance that changed from last season!”

So has she or hasn’t she gone under the knife again more recently?

Reza Nassab, a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at CLNQ, told The Sun: “Several factors can contribute to the changes in Kylie Jenner’s chest area.

“While she has been open about her breast augmentation in the past, these recent changes could be attributed to natural body changes, especially after pregnancy.

“Hormonal fluctuations during and after pregnancy can significantly affect the size and shape of breasts, leading to noticeable differences over time.

“There is often an increase in tissue initially but then deflation of the breasts post pregnancy.”

But while he recognised that it might be her swimwear that is making her boobs appear bigger, he also explained that she may well have had another boob job.

He added: “Certain outfits or bikinis can also emphasise the breasts more and make them look more fuller when pushed closer together.
