The royal family’s biggest Taylor Swift’s fan may not be Prince William after all, but his son surprisingly.

On July 22, the Prince and Princess of Wales released their annual portrait of Prince George, their eldest son, on his 11th birthday. This time, George posed for a black-and-white photo, which was captured by Kate Middleton sometime this year. In the pic, the prince was dressed in a somewhat formal black suit and a secret, not-so-formal accessory.

You see, the grid pic is cropped right above George’s left wrist, granting followers nothing to remark on but how much the 11-year-old looks like his father, Prince William. However, the full picture may tell us so much more about the future king.

In the photo shared to the Wales family’s Instagram Stories, Prince George appears to be wearing some kind of beaded bracelet that looks suspiciously similar to the ones Swifties trade at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Suddenly, the portrait’s giving The Tortured Poets Department.

Where would he get one of those, you might ask. How about opening night of the London Eras Tour stops, which he attended in June with his father and little sister, Princess Charlotte.

When the Prince of Wales shared the royal family’s iconic photo with Taylor Swift on June 22 (she also shared her own selfie that included Travis Kelce), fans instantly flooded the comments to point out how happy nine-year-old Charlotte looked in her Fearless-coded sparkling dress, largely assuming she was the biggest Swiftie of the bunch. Prince William, however, gave his daughter a run for her allowance with his viral moves during “Shake It Off.” However, fans largely ignored how big of a smile the nearly 11-year-old boy had on his face in both selfies.

Maybe he’s been reading the comments and wanted to pledge his fealty officially. Don’t let the palace sensor you, Prince George! Quickly, tell us your favorite era!
