Is Taylor Swift Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ kids’ godmother? The signs are pointing to yes.

In an Instagram Story published on July 25 to celebrate the premiere of Deadpool & Wolverine, the film starring and executive produced by her dear friend Ryan Reynolds, the pop star seemed to imply that she was the godmother to his and Blake Lively’s children.

“Shout out to Wade Wilson, aka my godkids’ sperm donor!” she wrote below a gushing tribute to Reynolds. Wade Wilson is, of course, the true identity of Deadpool in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Deadpool is played by Reynolds. So by the power of deduction…that makes Taylor Swift Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ kids’ godmother, right?

Swift’s relationship to the couple’s four kids so isn’t the point of her post, though. This is mostly a dedication to Reynolds, and a very sweet—but still funny, because he is the king of comedic deflection—one at that.

“Over the past few years I have watched one of my best friends on this planet pour every bit of his heart, soul, sweat, time, energy, jokes, pain, joy, rebellion, darkness, and magic into this film,” she wrote below a group photo of director Shawn Levy, Lively, Reynolds, Jackman, and herself. “He’s created the best work of his life, and this film feels like an actual joy portal, a wild escape from reality, and an abs sandwich.”

“But that’s just Hugh for you!” she added jokingly, referring to the titular Wolverine actor.

Swift being Lively and Reynolds’ kids’ godmother is not in the least surprising, considering her close relationship with the couple’s four children. And really, being godmother to James, Inez, Betty, and Olin is the least she could do considering she sampled James’s voice and has written more than one song featuring “characters” named James, Betty, and Inez.

(Reynolds only just revealed the name of the couple’s fourth child, Olin, who was born at the beginning of this year. Meaning, it’s a bit too soon for Olin to have made a cameo on any of Swift’s albums. Yet.)

Lively had previously opened up about her children’s “fairy godmothers,” a.k.a. her costars in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants franchise Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn. The fab four are famously still close after all these years, however, as Lively clarified following a misunderstanding, they are not technically her children’s godmothers. “I never named them my godmothers,” she said back in 2015. “They’re my dear friends. I would say my baby has a lot of fairy godmothers.”

Who knew, after all this time, her kids’ real godparent was Taylor Swift?
