Wedding bells are ringing for Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott!

The 51-year-old Slim Shady rapper’s daughter tied the knot with her beau, Evan McClintock, in Battle Creek, Michigan on Saturday (May 18), according to TMZ.

On Monday (May 20), the 28-year-old took to Instagram to share the exciting news, alongside a carousal of pictures from the stunning nuptials.

“Waking up a wife this week,” she penned. “We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration.”

The gorgeous bride donned a white strapless gown that had a jaw-dropping floor-length veil, and her hair was styled in a simple updo topped with a tulle veil. Meanwhile, McClintock sported a classic black tuxedo.

“So so many happy tears were shed,” Hailie continued in her post. “Laughs & smiles were had, & so much love was felt.”

“Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family & friends that traveled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband & wife,” she concluded.

According to TMZ, Hailie and the ‘Lose Yourself’ musician shared a special father-daughter dance during the occasion.

Many people shared their reactions to the rapper’s oldest daughter, who has been mentioned several times in his songs, getting married.

One user wrote: “We watched Hallie grow up, now she’s a married woman,” while another said: “It was only the other day he wrote that song about her wasn’t it, my god!”

A third quoted his song ‘Mockingbird’ which was dedicated to Hailie, penning: “And if you ask me to, Daddy’s gonna buy you a mockingbird”

“I’ma give you the world. I’ma buy a diamond ring for you, I’ma sing for you. I’ll do anything for you to see you smile,” they added.

Hailie’s wedding comes almost a year after her sister, Alaina Scott, tied the knot with her long-time partner Matt Moeller in June 2023.

The 31-year-old shared a series of pictures from her special day, with the sweet caption: “June 9, 2023 simply one of the best days of my life in this lifetime, and in the next, my soul will always find yours.”

Alaina was adopted by the ‘Real Slim Shady’ rapper in the early 2000s when her mother, Dawn Scott, was struggling with drug use. She sadly passed away in 2016.

When Dawn died, her twin sister Kimberly Mathers – who is Hailie’s mom – wrote a message saying: “Dawn was my sweet, beautiful sister who lost her way. I kept a light lit for her hoping she’d find her way back to me.”

While Eminem has not opened up about his daughters’ love lives, he did voice his approval of Hailie’s relationship with McClintock during a 2020 interview on Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.

The boxer asked the Grammy-winning star if Hailie had any kids, and he said: “No babies. Just a boyfriend. She’s doing good…She’s made me proud for sure.”

Eminem heartwarmingly revealed in the same interview that Alaina – whom he often calls Lainey in his songs – is “like a daughter” to him.
