The Indiana Fever had three players who were invited to participate in the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game: rookie sensation Caitlin Clark, star forward Aliyah Boston, and guard Kelsey Mitchell.

Fever head coach Christie Sides was also at the game in Phoenix last night.

Sides has been the subject of constant criticism due to her coaching tactics with the Fever.

And after a video of Sides posing alongside her three All-Stars went viral on Saturday night.

“Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell, Caitlin Clark, and head coach Christie Sides representing the Fever here at #WNBAllStar !” wrote @NoCapSpaceWBB in an X post that has nearly 90,000 views and 1,000 likes.

And fans are roasting Sides in the video’s quotes.

Many fans are noting that Sides is probably in attendance in order to glean coaching tips from the Team WNBA head coach, Cheryl Miller.

Other fans are alluding to the fact that Clark seemed like she wanted nothing to do with Sides after the photo was taken.

The Fever fanbase harbors a lot of vitriol toward Sides. But if the second-year coach can lead Clark and the Fever to a playoff run, then she’ll likely keep her job for at least one more year.
